Challenging times call for
comfort food.
And some of the best comfort food in the world is served up in Southwestern France, Chef Vincent Francoual's original terroir. So join the French-American Chamber of Commerce at Vincent's restaurant mezzanine  for an evening of hearty cuisine and conversation, nurturing body, mind, and spirit. With Vincent's cassoulet under your belt, you'll have the strength to discuss the world's problems and do some purposeful networking, all in one great evening.
Food and Wine
For added spice, we'll challenge you with a blind-tasting of famous wines from Southwest France, such as Bergerac, Madiran, Gaillac, as well as dessert wine Jurançon.  Evening includes an informal buffet, featuring Southwest appetizers, salade de gésiers, cassoulet, wine and introductions by Vincent and Southwest France wine specialist Chris Osgood. Flan aux pruneaux will be served for dessert. All this for just $35.00 in advance ($40.00 at the door).
