Valerie Boissou is Partner in Charge, U.S. France Corridor KPMG in the U.S. Valerie is a Partner in the Accounting Group of the Department of Professional Practice (DPP) of KPMG LLP. She leads KPMG’s U.S. France Corridor and has over 20 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting and auditing with the firm.

George Gans is a Business Tax Partner based out of Pittsburgh with over 21 years of tax experience. George has experience in serving a wide variety of tax clients including both public and private companies in the life sciences, hospitality, electric utility, and manufacturing industries. George leads KPMG’s France tax corridor efforts. He has significant experience in serving French based and other foreign based clients with presence in the U.S. He has assisted many of these clients in numerous tax M&A projects. He also has close to 10 years of experience in managing global compliance for U.S. based multinationals.

Jill Hemphill is a Tax Partner of Global Reward Services for KPMG and helps her clients manage their global human capital.  She brings deep operational and strategic expertise to her clients across a broad range of HR-related tax issues impacting domestic, global and cross-border employees.  Over her 20+ years of experience, she has managed global acquisitions, dispositions and spin offs, harmonized global compensation policies and administration, and established market-leading tax compliance processes and controls.
