J-1 Visa

In partnership with the FACC NY, the FACCMN assists you in all J-1 Visa needs. The FACC is authorized by the State Department to sponsor eligible Interns and Trainees on a J-1 Visa by issuing the Certificate of Eligibility, Form DS-2019.

The J-1 visa allows participants in our program to come to the United States for up to 12 months as Interns or for up to 18 months as Trainees for full-time, exchange programs at eligible FACC member companies.

The V.I.E. program is run by Business France and enables French companies to easily send young professionals between 18 and 28 years of age, on an assignment abroad for a flexible period ranging from 6 to 18 months.

French Language Training

Every month, the Alliance Française hosts many cultural events for French speakers and Francophiles of all ages. Monthly activities include film groups and book clubs of varying levels of French. Also, we have a club for high schoolers, a young professionals group and monthly breakfast conversation groups for the community. Additionally, the Alliance Française hosts a Bastille Day celebration, musical events, concerts, lectures, conferences, holiday celebrations and more throughout the year. Marketing & Networking Seminars

The FACCMN regularly organizes Marketing & Networking seminars and also provides the opportunity for members to be presenters at the "Rendez-Vous du Jeudi". This is a unique networking and information sharing opportunity.  Members share lessons learned and showcase their business and services. 
The FACCMN also organizes collaborative events with partnering organizations and the Euro-Chambers, of which the Euro-Cocktail in the spring and the fall.
