MEET THE SPEAKERS

Dawn Lanouette is a partner at Hinman, Howard and Kattell and chair of the firm’s labor and employment practice group. She concentrates her practice in advising employers on all aspects of their relationship with their employees and on representing employers in administrative proceedings and state and federal courts.  

Erica L. Lawson is a partner at Hinman, Howard & Kattell, and the Chair of the firm’s Business and Corporate Law Practice Group. Erica concentrates her practice on advising business and corporate clients on all aspects of their operations. Erica’s corporate practice includes the formation and organization of business entities, contract negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, and financing matters.  

Tom Conlon is a partner of Hinman, Howard & Kattell, LLP, and is Chair of its Pension and Employee Benefits Practice Group. Tom advises clients in the design, compliance, and operation of both employee pension and welfare benefit plans, and in matters concerning executive compensation.  

Nir E. Gozal is Special Counsel based in Hinman, Howard & Kattell’s White Plains office. His practice focuses on advising banks and other financial institutions on regulatory compliance and matters involving federal and state regulatory agencies. Nir has unique expertise in BSA/AML/OFAC and consumer compliance and has represented financial institutions, their boards of directors, and executive officers in challenging conclusions in reports of examination and contesting enforcement actions. In addition, he provides ongoing counsel to bank boards of directors, executives, and compliance officers.
